I grew up in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.  When I was bored, my mother would always say "draw me something". So I think she's entirely to blame for my choice of careers. After graduating from the University of British Columbia in Art and English, I moved to Toronto to take Illustration and Design at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Now that I'm an artist/illustrator/teacher I try not to blame my mother.
